casual dates kostenlos Trier - Single malt munich
In my first batch, I carbonated with fresh wort which I stored until bottling the whole batch. Mouthfeel is light, and carbonation is mildly prickly. The beer does a good job showing how much of the flavor of many German styles comes straight from the malt, and on top of that, they made a pretty tasty beer. The taste is quite malty, mild caramel, a touch of lemon. It's almost boozy without any hop bitterness to clean things up. This seems like a much more difficult experiment to pull off commercially than the single hop beers, and I think Cismontane did a fairly good job. Handsome hazy amber in the Aventinus Weissbier glass.
Unfortunately the bottle conditioning went wrong and the beer was flat. I guess the lack of carbonation may be explained due to the lack of sugars for the bottle conditioning.
Munich Single Malt, my second batch, already an experimental one.
I wanted to try a single malt beer to get an idea how the base malt, in this case Munich malt, can influence the taste of a beer.
